Texas Driver's License - struggling with proof of residency

I have everything necessary to get my Texas DL, but I'm struggling with the Proof of Residency requirement. I have a checking account statement that I can use, other than that I'm not sure what to take. Our apartment is all bills paid, and the internet and phone bills are in husband's name. I have a few things such as apartment lease, but they're in my maiden name. Can I use that to get the DL in my married name if I take the marriage certificate? My only other hope is the I-797 notice from when my AOS was approved. I know on the document list they state "Current Form DS2019, I-20, or a document issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services". Does the I-797 come under this category? I would assume that it does, but I'd just like to check before I go spend several hours waiting at the DPS. I may email them and ask.

I was thinking about taking along a Residency Affidavit from my husband as a back-up too. Am I correct in understanding that we would just need documents in his name for that, and the marriage certificate?

I used an I-797C receipt notice for my I-765, plus a bank statement.

Any official looking letter should do really. I used the letter that social security no was attached to.

Do you have you SS# card - the name on that has to match your EAD, and that's the name they will issue your Drivers license.

I used a bank statement and my I-797 receipt for proof of residence, (all utilities are also in my husbands name) but I also had my marriage certificate which also has our address on it too. That was enough for me.

GL! The tests (both theory and the road test) are a cake walk in TX!

Just as an update, checking statement and I-797 were enough. Worried for nothing.
