Hi everybody! My fiancé sent our I129F package on April 25th and the USCIS received it on April 28th. We got our NOA1 by text and email on May 1st and our Alien Registration Number changed on May 2n

7 days approval ! OMG ! Yout got the same timeline as me, we received the NOA 1 on May 7 ... omg i`m so excited, hope to by as lucky as you ! (dakalti)

NVC received my case this morning and generated a case number. Ive been calling them everyday since my NOA2 date and today was the day!! They said it usually takes 5 business days to forward to the Consulate.

Got our noa1 by email today:) anyone know how accurate the estimated time to noa2 is ?

2014-05-12: I 129f sent to Dallas lock box

2014-05-21: Noa1, application sent to California Service Center

2014-05-23: Alien registration number was change

2014-06-12: Noa2 by text and email (22 days)

2014-06-16: Noa 2 hardcopy

2014-07-03: E-mail from Embassy with package 3

2014-07-16: Medical exam

2014-08-14: visa interview

2014-08-14: RFE

2014-08-20: RFE sent

2014-09-14: RFE came back in mail

2014-09-25: RFE sent again

2014-10-07: Approved!!!

2014-10-09: visa in hand!

2014-11-13: Daughters crba and us passport in hand

2014-12-09: POE Phoenix

it depends on which service center your petition is being processed at. If CSC, between 2-6 weeks. If TSC around 5 months

I got my NOA 6th May and NOA 2 dated 14 th may.

Now can someone help me regarding the NVC case number??? Will they send a letter to my petitioneer as a shipped mail , should we call and ask about it or we mightget it in internet mail?

I got my NOA 6th May and NOA 2 dated 14 th may.

Now can someone help me regarding the NVC case number??? Will they send a letter to my petitioneer as a shipped mail , should we call and ask about it or we mightget it in internet mail?

You got to call NVC and get the case number if you want it soon. If not, the case number will be contained in the communication from the Consulate asking the beneficiary to prepare for the interview.

Hi! Everyone. Add me up. We're also May filers. My fiance sent our package forms last May 9,2014. Based on the tracking number they already received our forms and also processing fee was deducted. But until now we haven't received our NOA1.

Btw, we are at Texas service center.

My fiance just sent our package today (american time) may 23 ?

So now i'm a bit worried as to when we are going to receive an email from uscis. We also sent our package to Lewisville, Texas.

With the holiday next Monday, you may not get the email until late next week or early the following week. Everyone sends to Texas lockbox so it will depend on where it is forwarded to (CSC or TSC)

Called NVC again today (5/23). I had called them yesterday 5/22 and they had received it and generated case number. Today they had shipped it out. NVC processes it in 1 day?

I'm a May filer. Recieved my NOA1 by email on 22nd May and it says Texas Service Center. Yet to get the hardcopy.

While I'm happy for all the CSC people who're breezing through with their petitions, isn't it unfair that CSC is so efficient in moving the petitions and TSC is so sluggish? IS THERE ANYTHING AT ALL WE CAN DO ABOUT THIS!? :( -- Probably not.

BUT, can we at least have an additional/separate thread for May filers being processed at TSC? As happy as we all are for the CSC guys, we need some extra commiseration, sympathy and support that only the TSC filers can provide! I will start one. All TSC May filers, please join the discussion there. MISERY SHARED IS MISERY HALVED!

12 May 2014: Mailed 129F packet to Dallas lockbox

21 May 2014: NOA1 from TSC

18 Sep 2014: NOA2

23 Sep 2014: Case sent to NVC

Hi!!!

We received our NOA2, this just says that our case was sent to NVC that must be completed in a period of 2-5 weeks from our approval date, if at this time we do not receive notification from NVC then you can contact them.

=)
