Our I-130 has been approved and we have correspondence from NVC. We submitted the agent form (DS260 i think) last week. I am paying the AoS fee tonight and we will start that.

Our plan is to move to usa in January and its on track.

I hope things speed up for everyone else.we didn't have long wait times and the wait was still awful. :(

If you look at Igor's list I know at least 1 May person who was filed in VSC was approved. Not sure about the other centers. Might have been an expedite as the timeframe was 6 weeks or so. I also saw a June one at VSC approved.

Any Mays fillers with approvals yet? its 3months already α̲̅πϑ still on initial review. God help me.

Can people with a may priority date where are u at in the process?

I don't think many people have gotten the approval letter just as yet. It all depends on where your case was sent to.

Minimum time is 5 months before you hear anything but depending on your service center, it could be early.

Was send to Nebraska. Got a receipt letter that stated they have the paperwork and it is in process 4 days after i mailed the stuff. Then nothing else since then.

Yeah the time for approvals right now is 5 months but some centers are quicker than others.
