my case complete was 5/9 and my interview was booked 5/9 for june 18th in mumbai so you might still get a june interview!

Do you mean to say you got to know on 9th May?

I also only came to know telephonically when I called yesterday at 7am eastern to NVC that my case complete and interview were completed on 9th May for a June 18th interview.

So i would say call back today and ask NVC if they have scheduled your interview.

I am still waiting for an email.......even though Reese at NVC said I should have gotten it yesterday!

After calling 25 times, and being on hold for 45 mins...the verdict is in.....Interview scheduled for June 14 - 8:30am! And it was scheduled on Friday May, 9, just like the rest of us who have been waiting.

Ekec, Godismyguide, and everyone else waiting for interviews...I hope you all get it today or tomorrow. I'm routing for you!

Congratulations. There are still a few more days left for June scheduling. Probably till May 16. So call them on Friday 5/16. If June scheduling stops, then July scheduling will start towards the end of May continuing till early June.

So very happy for you two. Enjoy your visit to Mumbai and Pune. My parents met and got married in Pune. I have heard it is a very beautiful city. The trip from Mumbai to Pune goes thru' very beautiful hilly terrain (stop at Lonavala and enjoy the views from there).

If I can advise one thing that would be to get the Fingerprinting done a few days sooner. Why wait till the last day? You can always reschedule it online.

We also were married in Pune (just last May), we lived there for 2 years before shifting to Bangalore! Lonavala is a wonderful, been there many times with friends.

I just got off the phone with the NVC before they closed for the night, and unfortunately we are still waiting for an interview date in Montreal. But, with that said, I was notified that they're still scheduling for June in Montreal, so there's hope for us, yet.

Congratulations to all those who have received their dates! I hope us Canadians can join with you soon!

My case complete a few days after you. I just want a June interview. If what people are saying is true,(cut off for June interviews is the 16th of May) if we don't get interview in the next couple days, we won't get a June interview. I'm soooooooo over all this waiting . I am calling them later tonight, hopefully they will have some news. Good luck. Let us fellow Canadians know when you get interview scheduled. It's supposed to happen on the same day of the week as the day of your interview date

They have improved accept this month they are getting back to their old ways. It use to be like case complete a week to get IL. Hang in there just keep calling.

All you Mumbai Consulate interviews, have you guys scheduled your medical and biometrics? We have to travel from Bangalore so its a pain but we booked medical for June 12th and biometrics for the day before (June 17th). We plan on staying in Mumbai from the 11th evening until the interview on the 18th with a side trip to Pune to visit our good friends for the weekend so it actually is going to work out nicely.

Its just hard because now hubby has to convice his office to let him WFH for that time but we don't really have any option, driving to Chennai would be just as big a pain and at least we have friends to visit in Mumbai and Pune if we go there.

Can we book those appointments without the interview letter? If we can then that would definitely help with getting the ball rolling.

If an interview has not yet been scheduled, can I request an expedite or should I wait until it's been scheduled and request an earlier date if possible?
