Former Buffalo Bills Cheerleader Who Is Suing The Team Reveals Details Of The 'Jiggle Test'

One of five former Buffalo Bills cheerleaders suing the team shared with HuffPost Live the specific details of the "jiggle test" that determined whether the women were physically prepared to perform on game day.

Alyssa U., a plaintiff in the lawsuit against the Bills, and her attorney spoke with host Caitlyn Becker on Thursday about the case, which alleges cheerleaders were underpaid for hundreds of hours of work at public appearances, where they were sexually objectified. The cheerleaders' bodies were also routinely evaluated by a coach who documented their flaws, Alyssa said.

"One week prior to the game, we were to dress in our uniforms and stand before our coach, who had a clipboard in her hand, and we had to face forward, turn around, face back to the front and do about 10 jumping jacks. And from there, she would write down on her notepad what parts of our bodies jiggled," she said.

The next day, the women would receive an email with checkmarks that indicated what body parts -- including "butt, thighs, back, stomach" -- they needed to work on.

"If a girl got two checks in these areas, she was warned that she was not going to be field ready, and if there were three check marks, then she was not performing, she was sitting the next game," Alyssa said.

And why would a woman that did not want to be objectified take such a job?

That would be the best way to swell the ranks of the Socialist/Democratic/Liberals.

Why not just cut the balls off all males at birth? We have the technology, We can create a whole new strain of effeminate pansies to populate the nation.

This proves that being a professional cheerleader is a tough job which demands that you stay in shape, just as an athlete does. If you're going to wear a skimpy outfit and jump around, why complain about being sexually objectified? It's like a pole dancer complaining that men stare at their bodies.

My condolences to you for losing your pro cheerleaders. Very trying times ahead.

The very existence of this story and that Porterhouse felt it needed to be shared demonstrably proves how backward are the minds of the far-left and how scary a place would the country be if they had control.

I suggest it would be as bad as any theocracy in charge.

These types of law suites are destroying this country as each crazy case builds legal foundation for the next absurdity.

That was masterful

Great point. They are nothing more than "strippers" that remain clothed. Bikini dancers if you will.

I just pitched the idea to my cousin that owns a club to have 'jiggle test' nights. He is all for it. We just have to get his wife to agree. He asked me to help convince her. He said if I do so I can be a judge. Now I am hoping my wife agrees to that.

The only thing I pull from the article that really has any importance is the underpaid part.

Some jobs have perks (no pun) which go with the job that bring value in it's self.

Simply being on the team is a resume gold star as it being a former Miss America.

Of all the injustice in the country... indeed the world, I can't find the energy to take up the plight of cheerleaders who work so hard to get in that position. (again no pun)

What the hell is with cheerleaders anyway? They certainly don't bother me, but by the same token they have zero to do with why I watch any sport on TV or live. They don't make me want to cheer any louder for the team, nor do I feel as though they are leading me into any cheer. Mostly they just dance. Nice to look at, but if they weren't there I wouldn't miss them at all, especially the Seattle Seahawks cheerleaders.
