sibling petition notice priority date question

Hi all, today I received a notice for USCIS about the sibling petition that I filed for my sister. It's basically just states that the office has received the petition and fee was paid. On the notice, there's a section that says Priority Date. Is that THE priority date that people always refer to when checking the visa bulletin that takes year? The priority date on the notice is April 04, 2014 - wow three 4's haha...

Hang on there, if you are not from Philippines and Mexico your wait time for siblings is 10 to 12 years.

the priority date is when you receive the receipt that your file was accepted 797 noa-1 date,a long time until it becomes current.

That calculator is off . I tried F4 for rest of the world and it says 2047 and for the one of the over subscribed countries 2027

actually with 21 siblings wanting petitions filed i think slower might be better
