I finished the i-29f form. I don't see any mistakes. If I made a mistake they just send it back to me right?

Do I include cover letter and intent to marry with it?

a cover letter would help to list your documents and evidence of the relationship having meet within two years.passport stamps showing entery an exit dates to your fiancé's country two signed letters of intent to marry with in 90 after arriving in the united states.if not then you will surely get a rfe letter.

This^. The cover letter is an option. It is recommended as it will list the table of contents. There will be quite a bit of stuff in this petition package. The letters of intent are just that. Part of the evidence suggesting that you, and fiance/e, are using the petition for its intended purpose. If you don't fill out the forms correctly, it will be rejected, yes.
