Yes, whoever is being sponsored(intending immigrant) is listed there. And the sponsor filling out the I-864 signs and dates it on #14. The household member filling out the I-864A will print their name and enter the number of immigrants on #15, and then sign and date below that on #16.

SHOULD WE FOLLOW BELOW CORRECTION DURING FILLING I-864A FORM

Part 1 : number 3 : place of residence ( write above milling address again or write N/A ) .?
Note: don't believe on words "if different from mailing address"
Part 1 : number 9 : Name of Employer No 2 ( Write N/A ) IF NOT AVAILABLE ?
Part 1 : number 12 : My assets ( write N/A ) IF NOT AVAILABLE ?
In short we should not leave blank any option ????????

N/A means not applicable. It does not mean "not available". Let's examine first whether you should be doing an I-864a at all. Why do you think you should? What is your relationship to the US Citizen Petitioner? What is your relationship to the joint sponsor, if there is one?

AND

SHOULD WRITE PRINCIPAL APPLICANT NAME IN PART 2 , QUESTION 13 , OPTION a ??????
