Very urgent need you help AOS rejected

Hello VS,

I just got my AOS package today as rejected because i did not submitted the fees " check " with it but there is some reason listed on the rejected page i don't understand what dose it mean or what i have to do with it . if you can help me please to understand what dose it mean and what i have to do .

If you are only submitting i-485 then yes it will be $1070. If you are submitting I-485 and I-130 concurrently then it will be $1490. I-765 and I-131 are free if you are submitting AOS!!!

They are on a K1 so no I130 is needed. The fee is $1070 including bio fee. Make sure you do EAD and AP at the same time then no extra cost

I-130? They are K-1, there is no i-130 for filing AOS. Fee is $1070
