4/7/14 filed AOS based on a approved I-130 family based as immiediate relative

4/15/14 early walk in bio-metrics completed

4/24/14 filed for EAD separately for free based on (c9) of pending AOS

AOS and EAD both are in initial review. when I filed earler and did biometrics earlier than most of ya'll and ya are in testing and interview"????

im guessing your biometrics security and background checks were completed quicker than mines because I do have several misdemeanors convictions? is this why?

EAD is filed with National Benefits Center and AOS is at Texas Service Center.

when will my EAD be approved I know its 90 days but is it likely to be approved next week or something? because its been a month and a half since I did Biometrics?

Thanks.<---

Sorry, my phone is wonky. Do you know where your application is at? Mine is at MSC if that helps.I'm pretty sure I sent my application on April 7th. Check my timeline out; it's in my signature. I can't see it or update it since I'm mobile right now.

That's awesome! Congratulations :)

Thank you so much and good luck!

Hey guys, how long after the biometrics since you heard back from uscis? My status is still in acceptance. I think mineddoesn't get updated..

Oh was für ein Zufall!

Such a coincidence! I also am from Germany, I also did my biometrics, I also asked the same question, I also did not hear anything from USCIS, I also am stilly in acceptance, my local office will also be Atlanta (since my biometrics were done in Atlanta).

The good news: You are not alone.

The bad news: you and me possibly have the busiest office. Check out the Atlanta Filers 2013 Thread, people wait up to 7 months and nobody waits less than 4 months AFTER it changes to testing and Interview to get the GC. Some people get an interview invitation in 2 weeks after biometrics, we will probably wait 5 months.... if we are lucky and our interview is not waived.

Would you be so nice and update your timeline so everybody can profit from it? When did you get your NOA1? When did you complete your biometrics?

I have called, asked and been told lots of stuff... if I can help you in any way, let me know. Feel free to contact me visa PM and even in german if its more convenient for you.
