guys pls help me out with this. I sent my checklist document to nvc on 1st July for review and hopefully case complete. I was hoping to get a case complete by now or lastest by 13th July which is exactly 31 working days. Now today nvc sent me an e-mail that due to the pile document received from uscis they will have to delay my review to 60 DAYS. has anyone experience this b4??? do I really have to wait for 60 days or can I call on exactly 30 working days to verify of they have completed the case. Thanks.

I called nvc today to enquire on the status of my checklist review. I was told my CASE IS COMPLETE since Thursday Aug,14th. my 60 isn't even up yet. 60 should have been Aug 25th. now am waiting for IL.

Immigration guys should just charge a few bucks extra, hire more people and get things moving a bit faster. We are all just getting old here waiting waiting and waiting to start that life.......Le Sigh!

He is not getting IL , He got IL back in May but retrogressed therefore he got reschedule to Oct Interview

But still only if the PD is current the Embassy can issue the Visa....so if he has interview in Oct, then either its going to be another big movement or the Consulate will interview him but not issue a visa until his PD is current.......So lets think positive and assume its another 6 month movement .......
