you can call....i just called an ask the NVC agent they told me 7 to 10 days they will mail it out and it should be there in 2 weeks ....i asked if they can give me tracking number when they mail it to the consulate they said NO....but someone said they do give tracking number (not sure)...........

You will have to pay one more fee $165 (i think thats the amount). It's need to be paid before the beneficiary leaves for US. It's for green card processing/production.

On the phone with them. On hold actually. They don't give you tracking number but from what I've heard, they can tell you when it was mailed out. Then you go to DHL and enter some details and get a bunch of results and sort through that to find your package. (I think it'll say the beneficiary's name in remarks or something)

I just tried the DHL tracking thing. This is what I got:

my interview is on May 5th. 6:15 a.m. i got the interview date just this morning (PH time )

December 21, 2012 - Went back in the Philippines for first anniversary.

USCIS

June 11, 2013 - I-130 sent

June 17, 2013 - NOA1

November 21, 2013 - Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center

December 5, 2013 - I-130 approved via email

December 9, 2013 - receive hard copy of NOA2

receive email that case was shipped to NVC

NVC

January 6, 2014 - NVC received the case ( no case number yet )

January 29, 2014 - Receive case number, invoice and beneficiary ID number

February 7, 2014 - DS261 available online and submitted

February 10, 2014 - received an email regarding AOS processing fee bill invoice

February 10, 2014 - was able to pay AOS online

Februay 12, 2014 - AOS showed PAID on line/ AOS package sent ( one day delivery)

February 13, 2014 - NVC received the package

February 18, 2014 - AOS was entered in the system

February 24, 2014 - received an email to pay IV fee, paid IV fee, IV fee in process

February 27, 2014 - DS-260 available online, completed and filed up. IV package sent (one day delivery)

February 28, 2014 - IV package received at the "dock"

March 4, 2014 - IV package was entered to the system

March 7, 2014 - Received a checklist for AOS (GGGGRRRRRR!!!!)

Means nothing. Only that not alot of people from Spain either use VJ or post so I can find them. Most embassies unless their are country issues, i,e, Egypt will schedule usually within a month of case complete. have you called NVC to see if Spain has even started scheduling?

I efiled with Married Filing Separately (MFS) status. I am going to send the revised I-864 with the IRS transcript to my wife for the interview.

what did you put down for your spouse's SSN since im assuming your spouse doesnt have an ssn....

I got my medical done today. For people in delhi the cost was rs 5200 ( rs 2595 is fixed rest depends on the shots requored)as i had to shot of tdap and varicella and one more. It took me around 2 hours to get in and out of the hospital.Report will be ready for pick up in 1 week.

I got my medical done today. For people in delhi the cost was rs 5200 ( rs 2595 is fixed rest depends on the shots requored)as i had to shot of tdap and varicella and one more. It took me around 2 hours to get in and out of the hospital.Report will be ready for pick up in 1 week.

4 March: Shipped to NVC

11 March : Received at NVC

11 April: Case # assigned

18 April: paid both fees

8May: DS260 completed

16May: packets scanned in NVC system

13 June: check list : missing page 7 of i864.

25 June : scan date AOS checklist

7 Aug: Case Complete...... BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT

14 Aug: interview date assigned

16 Aug: Email interview appointment received

18 Aug: Medical completed

23 Aug: biometric done,DS260 stamped, fingerprints taken.

10 Sep: interview day; interview took 511 days from I-130 NOA1
