Received the following email today "The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified. "

My case was completed on March 26 as known by calling NVC on March 27.

Still waiting for interview to be scheduled at Mumbai Consulate!

Its case complete email. I've received it today too.

Everyone make sure if you are new to the thread just got case complete go to the form (In my signature or look at 1st post) and add yourself to the ongoing list.

If you are already on list be sure to update when you get interview.

If you have problems or can't (On phone for instance) just post and ask me to add and I will be happy to.

Okay looks like sporadic scheduling but its still happening. Hang on people. It's only Wednesday.

This is what I heard when I called NVC this morning: NVC is waiting to hear from embassy/consulate about available interview slots. Once NVC receives the info, they will start scheduling interviews.

ComeOn Mumbai consulate! Send your list to NVC immediately Pleeeease........!

Immigrant visa processing is slow in Indian consulates when compared to something like Iceland. Just check out the March and April list and you will know. Hundreds of cases are processed. So this will take time coz they have heavy workload.

I am still positive we will get May slot Inshallah!!!!

I am happy that I was able to get my case complete in NVC in 43 days flat from date of getting case number.

I will give myself a pat on my back and NVC also I guess.

Just bring the email its the original. It's fine.
