The last you heard from me, I was busy learning to drive (still haven't had a chance to practice merging again yet), looking for a job and caring for a newborn calf who's life I saved....

well I can now scratch "looking for a job" off of the list! :D

And omg I couldn't have asked for anything more handy than working at a 5 star inn that's just a mere mile and a half from where I live! I start Thursday...being a maid. Ironically...I speak French too, remember? hehehehe  Nahh the outfit I have to wear is nothing like a French maid's uniform, thank God hehe

So yeah I'm really psyched about this! My first job in the USA! Well, first PAYING job that is, God knows I certainly work my ### off taking care of these cows...lol. I am going to be with REAL ACTUAL people! That don't MOO! :P Sheeat, I hope I remember how to converse VERBALLY hehehe!

Check out the link to my new employers...it's a VERY prestigious place.

The Inn at Little Washington

Check the room rates and restaurant prices! Damn I might CLEAN the place but I'll never be able to afford to stay there! LOL!

They even have a heli-pad (in the middle of a field! haha) just outside of town, where they will pick up patrons by limo and take them to the inn as well.

I'm a working gal!

I saw that place on the travel channel. nice. If I remember the food is awesome, there is a friendly dog walking around and they put dog biscuit shaped cookies on your pillow.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."
