hi fellow vj's...im new here but anyway i mailed my roc on april 23 to csc ...recd my noa dated apr 24 on may 1...after a month, called uscis re biometrics...received email my biometric is updated....waited.. .yesterday i received a congratulations letter dated june 24....processing is exactly two moths..thanks to the Almighty One and to all fellow vjs

My bio was also waived and I am happy to see more and more applicants whose bio got waived get approved.

Starting to wonder when we will start to see some approvals from VSC. Have seen almost no movement from there as of yet.

They are processing January at the best right now, so yeah...

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

My wife got a letter from the local confirming her approval. It really weird though, as its on plain paper and not the usual 797 form. I don't think we've ever received any letter from USCIS that was on just plain paper. We were worried until we opened and read it as it seemed so strange to have a plain paper letter from them.

hi fellow vj's...im new here but anyway i mailed my roc on april 23 to csc ...recd my noa dated apr 24 on may 1...after a month, called uscis re biometrics...received email my biometric is updated....waited.. .yesterday i received a congratulations letter dated june 24....processing is exactly two moths..thanks to the Almighty One and to all fellow vjs

I'm guessing they'll be done at California, before even the first Vermont applicant gets the approval. I feel bad for the Vermont folks, but at least we're all with our spouses and everyone has their green card. Its just getting throught he worry of will you get an RFE or interview thats the big issue waiting.

Interesting. I got I-797, Notice of Action as an approval letter this time around too.

I meant to reply to your post but ended up voting it up. Can't undo it.

Don't worry too much. I got mine on plain paper too. Plus, my full name was not on it, just the last name. All the extension letter, biometrics appointment and approval notice came in my last name only. I didn't bother to question.

Green card came in my full name.
