calling NVC from UK

Can someone tell me what times are they open there is conflicting info around.

I'm calling 603-334-0700 and it rings once and cancels.

Called DOS 202-485-7600 and was told this is the incorrect number and to call the above number.

Does anyone know what number and times i can call NVC ??

Are you using Google Voice to call? The ringing once and disconnecting happens to me via GV. I had luck getting through at night (8 PM PST)

I used Skype subscription call as well and I don't have a problem. Try to call around 01:00 PM at your local time. Try many times before you are finally going through. When I did it back then I have only tried once and finally got answer by a visa specialist and gave my case number.

Calling NVC 603-334-0700 (press 1 to speak with an operator) [HOURS: 7am - 12am EST, M-F]

Calling DOS will not work they no longer deal with NVC type things.

Best to call first thing in morning or close to closing.

I have Unlimited Skype international ;-)

Ill call at 12pm onwards from tomorrow and see what happens.

I need to get everything else started now like Police check and co sponser i-134 etc.

Can anyone help. Our case was approved and transferred to the NVC on February 18th. No case number assigned and each time I call am told to wait for thirty days. That ends on 1st April, but others seem to have got their number quicker ! I shouldn't say can anyone help, I should have said has anyone got any thoughts about this. I am the beneficiary

So i just called NVC and a lovely person answered asked for receipt number and DOB and then said my case has just arrived.

Followed by 'would you like your case number' then have a nice day ;-)

Lucky you, just called and mine still has not arrived. I will now call back on day 30!
