I'm hoping to have my application mailed out by next week just started studying for the civics test well sort of lol

How long did it take you to study and feel good about your knowledge of the 100 questions

Ha, for me, about twenty minutes, downloaded the test for my wife and stepdaughter, pasted to Word, selected the easiest answers to multiple answer questions, and filled in the names of congressman, etc. that are unique to our area. Then printed it out.

But have to say, a lot easier if English is your primary language that was not the case for my wife or daughter. So we went over those hundred questions over and over again in that four hour drive to our field office. Both my wife and stepdaughter got the first six questions correct. Even though my wife would always reply, the color of our flag is red, blue, and white, instead of red, white, and blue.

What really took the study time was going over all the questions on that N-400 and knowing that form with all of its questions backwards and forwards. And to be able to reply briefly why you answered each question like you did. If you do not do this correctly, won't even get to the civics test.

Not long. I already knew most of it without having studied any of it. I didn't actually ever study any of it, per se. The red brochure they gave me at the biometrics appointment remained unopened.

I ran through this tool to practice a couple of times and teach myself 1) the desired/acceptable wording of some of the answers, and 2) some answers I didn't already know off-hand:

Then had my wife quiz me using the same tool a couple of times over the days leading up to the interview, by which time I was prepared.

I do have a knack for memorizing information so I'm sure this is harder for some people.

Not long either. There were three questions that I for some reason couldn't formulate the "correct" answer to so I just memorized the word for word from the online test Shub is referring to and that was that. As well as the names of my local representatives.
