HI, hang in there and big hugs to you sweetheart!

It took 6.5 months for me to get the NOA2 from CSC, background checks where to blame, your time will come, out of the blue like ours did!

September 15 - 2005: NOA1

October: Waiting

November: Waiting

December: In Security checks

January 2006: Waiting

February: Waiting..Contacted Congress

March 4th: APPROVED

March 17th: NVC posted file to London

March 20th: London Receives file

March 29th: Receive package 3

April 13th: London Receives package

April 19th: Medical - June 13th: INTERVIEW......APPROVED!!!!

June 20th: ARRIVE IN USA

Time taken for whole process 9 Months

AOS

October: 13th: Sent off AOS Package

November 3rd: NOA1

November 14th: Snail mail ~ NOA1 ~ Case moved to the CSC for faster processing.

November 14th : CSC has petition for me and my daughter.

December 14th: Biometrics completed.

January 17th: APPROVED AOS!

January 22nd: Green card arrives in the mail:))

Time taken for AOS - 3.5 Months

Finished for 2 years.

Today is day 88 for us..................crazy because we met on 8-8 and it is my man's fav #....................I am hopeful today. Maybe I will hear something-hopefully we will all have good news soon.

My fingers have been crossed for 3 months-it is becoming quite painful ;)

Well, a little irish luck right now couldn't hurt, now could it? B)

The waiting is hard, but I hate it when my friends and family ask about it. When is he coming? I don't know!!! Anyway, we feel your pain.

I am counting on it....................come on St. Patrick :lol: I will certainly be drinking in HIS honor over the next few weeks-that is for sure!

The waiting is hard, but I hate it when my friends and family ask about it. When is he coming? I don't know!!! Anyway, we feel your pain.

I know-if my Mother(bless her heart) asks me one more time "have you heard anything?", or "well why is it taking so long?".................I will scream.

I was ready to slap her right there. But I called her mom and she promptly checked her out of school to wear her out!

September 30 2006~ Married

October 3 2006 ~ Biometrics Appointment (Fingerprinted)

November 16, 2006~ RFE reply received ...didn't even know we had an RFE (INS stated that the RFE was

probably sent to the DR. that did our biometrics)

January 17, 2007 ~ CSC is now processing cases received September 25 (11 days after ours was received) :(

I know how you feel Miranda, and i get everyday more and more upset because we never hear anything... I know im only 1 monyh and some days after got noa 1 but really, they could just tell us whats going on...

I dont even like to look at uscis updates anymore, they updated the time and california was th eonly one that didnt change anything, so, it sounds like they saying to me 'you wait motha#@$@#"

This feeling is a big big big S@#$ and if i could change something, i would take this feeling off everybody thats is going through CSC...

=(

It makes me feel so upset, more and more day after day...and we just want to stay with who we love...

September 8, 2006 - Interview - APPROVED!

June 9, 2010</ - Treygan Isaiah is born

June, 21, 2010 - My adoption of Nathan is finalized

No lawyers and no problems
