NVC CASE COMPLETE FOR FEBRUARY WAITING FOR IL

My PD is 09.09.12 but I thing it is not relevant to my PD. I just call them and the lady sad ''Your case is still waiting for interview date to schedule.

Let's see what will gonna happen dry.png

Not relevant it is! Will just wait for your IL though. Atleast your already CC

hi everyone! my husband called NVC last March 3, 2014 and they told him i am now CASE COMPLETE last week. meaning last week of February! i am hoping for IL soon...God bless us all!!! lets keep on praying and hoping and waiting. goofy.gif

Congrats dimples30! My husband got his IL too. His intervw will be on april 1 wohoo!!! The thrill is almost over

my husband is preparing same docs you mentioned. i wonder what else can we add? remmitance receipt? letters?

i've heard we need to bring CEMar.

But i'm not sure if it's like Cenomar application in NSO.=)

Yeap it is already current. I think ull just have to wait for your IL maybe it depends on the country though

Whats cemar? Is it certificate of marriage that has to be NSO copy. If thats what you mean we have to bring the orig copy.

Yes Cemar is Certificate of Marriage.Did you have one already? How did you got it? =)

You just have to get it in the NSO office.

Hei vj friends! I need some advice/help. I'll be having my interview this coming April 03 in Manila Consulate.Upon our received email regarding my interview and submitted documents in Nvc,they didn't ask us for a new i-864.But upon checking the consulate review/forum the applicants we're asked to submit proof of finance ( i-864) during their interview. Another thing is me and my husband changed address and it's different from what we submitted in Nvc.

This is the main deal! I really have some confusions right now.Last year when we asked by the NVC to submit our Affidavit of Support i-864, we based the answer for question Part 6. no. 5 and 10 ( current individual annual income) from the 2012 Income tax report.But since i'll be having my interview this year 2014, where should i base my answer to the new i-864 to be shown in my interview? My husband already got his annual income tax return/report for the year 2013.Should it be 2012 or 2013? If 2013, so i will answer to Part 6 questions no. 13.a-c his annual income from year 2011-2013? Before it was 2010-2012 because we based our answer from his 2012 annual income.Please enlighten me.Thanks in advanced.

I just called the NVC and found out that my case was complete last FEB 12, 2014. And currently waiting for the Interview letter. how many months does it usually take? Hope we can update each other :)) see you online guys ;))

what foes IL means???? And in how many days your case got finished after you send AOS? M in this stage.
