Hello,

congrats to all who have completed this process. I filed in October 23rd 2013. But as of today No Interview Text or Letter Yet--should I be worried

Last update in the USCIS Case status is the following: On December 19, 2013, your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION was placed in line for interview scheduling.

Then

On January 15 I received a letter requesting additional documents--State ID or DL to bring with me for the interview. However no interview notification has been received.

Is this normal--should we be worried.

Thank you

Hi :)

Finally I found someone from Macedonia... Please help. On January 29 2014 our I-130 is approved and send to Department of State. On February 18 also our K3 is approved and shipped to department of state.

Can you please tell me did you go true electronic submitting of documents?

The I-129F will be closed by the NVC. You wil be pursuing a CR1/IR1 visa.

Also your country is not eligible for electronic processing. You must mail the support documents to the USA.

And when you say mail to USA, you mean post mail? sad.png

You can use DHL or FedEx, or any courier service to mail your documents to the National Visa Center. There are only a few countries in a test program for electronic transfer of documents to NVC, so it's easy to know your country is not one of those.

When you reach the NVC your case number will start with SKO for the US embassy in Skopje. In the link I provided this is not one of the limited countries in which electronic processing is either required or optional. You will be required to send all documention needed to the NVC in the USA via postal mail or courier.

Also have you called the NVC? It's possible that they have recieved your I-130 package by now from the USCIS.

Thank you guys, yesterday i went to sleep... and when i'm not receiving quoted messages i don't know does anyone answer :)

I was hoping that electronic processing will be possible. Too bed that is not possible. And also info that i have from some friend about their relatives, usually in Macedonia, beneficiary brings all the original documents directly in the Embassy, i mean about package IV. No one ever prepared this stuff earlier. Usually the beneficiary receive a letter from Embassy, with information about what she should do and bring there, and info about medical examination, and after a month is interview.

The petitioner pay the bills, and the case go to Embassy, but here there is so many info, so i was wondering how it will go. I will keep you updated.

NLR my husband is in States so he has contact with USCIS and NVC, he already write them e-mail, and try to call them.

I'm abroad and I'm reading and preparing documents, Saylin has good instructions and ideas.

IV package must go to the NVC who will send everything to the embassy. K1 do not have to do this but CR1 do.

Your husband would be better off to call the NVC than to email them. They take about 2 weeks to respond to emails or he can wait on hold for 30 mins.
