K1 Interview April 10 2014 I-134 Affidavit of Support form

Hello, I was wondering how recent the supporting documents for the Affidavit of support have to be for this interview date? Within 90 days, 60 days, 30 days prior to the interview date? I will be going back to the Philippines so i can be there during the interview with my fiancee.

As recent as possible, but I don't think 90 days is unreasonable. Just my opinion.

All my documents were signed and dated around July and August of the year of our process anticipating a September interview. Of which we obtained but had to reschedule and got a November date. I emailed more recent pay summaries prior to that Nov date but didn't redo the other documents. No issues.

My documents were signed and dated in October 2013, original interview schedule was November, but we had to reschedule for February 2014. Me and my fiancé didn't change anything as to his supporting documents for affidavit of support which was signed and dated by him last yr. all went well in my interview. good luck

Since you are going to your fiancee's interview, why don't you date the I-134 and the updated letter of intent to marry a day or two before her interview?

Information is based on your most recent tax return and W-2, that data doesn't really change no matter what day you enter it on the form. so 30-60-90 days... doesn't really matter too much.

(OK the 15th of April it could change ... )
