K1 (I-129F) petition filed in August 2013 (Approved Feb 20th 2014)
13th May 2014: AOS (I-485) & EAD/AP combo card
21st May 2014: NOA 1 and biometric letter
11th June 2014: biometric appointment
13th June 2014: RFE received via mail
16th June 2014: replied to RFE
6th August 2014: EAD Approved, AP still in initial review
12th August 2014: got tracking number for EAD
( ) August 2014: Received EAD (I forgot what date I got them but I did receive them less than 5 days from the 12th)
10th September 2014: Interview Waiver received (I wished I was interviewed)
April 23, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice

I think you need to contact her and get it or consult a lawyer. . .

4/1/13 - I-129F sent to Lockbox, 4/5/13 - I-129F received, 4/9/13 - NOA1, 422/13 - Alien Reg # changed, 814/13 - RFE, 817/13 - RFE reply, 10/30/13 - NOA2, 1/30/14 - Interview: Approved!

COMING TO AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!

3/6/14 - POE

3/20/14 - Married

3/28/14 - File date for AOS

4/2/14 - NOA1 for I-485, NOA1 for I-765

4/7/14 - Requested EAD expedite

4/9/14 - USCIS request evidence of need EAD expedite

4/17/14 - Biometrics walk-in early (for may 2 appt)

5/12/14 - EAD card received

7/10/14 - Notice of interview waiver received

2/26/15 - Green card received

VJ family, thank you all for your response. I receive a letter saying that my petition were received and also and email saying that my case has been accepted and routed to Uscis Texas services for processing,that was in March, I am wondering how long they take to send me the next NOA? Thank you and any help will be greatly appreciated.

It takes about 5 months to receive NOA2 at TSC.

17/02/2014: I-129F sent

27/02/2014: NOA1

12/08/2014: RFE

10/09/2014: NOA2

12/09/2014: Case sent to NVC

25/09/2014:NVC received

30/09/2014:NVC left

06/10/2014:Received packet 3

22/10/2014:Medical

What's up family of VJ. I don't know about you guys but everything is taking longer than usual, I filed my k1 petition on March, and the TSC is currently working on dec 17 2013. I wonder how long it would take, I am so desperate and my girl too, I spoke with an agent in June and he said that will receive NOA2 in 45 days, ufff wasting a lot of money in phone calls and traveling ? phone call to Cuba are super expensive everything is super expensive when it comes to that country. Any help. Thank you all for your help.

If you filed in March, you could expect an NOA2 around August/September/October. January filers are being approved right now so they waited roughly 7 months.

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

The last thing we try was going to a hotel that offer wireless connection, they charge 12 dollars for 2 hours, expensive?

Sometimes there are restaurants or fast food places you can just go in and sit down or grocery stores/pharmacies that have wifi!
