So my wife petition for me, on Dec 27,2013

I sent the following forms together: I-130,I-485,I-765,I-864.

I had my biometrics done on Jan 27,2014. After that I haven't heard from them at all. All 3 cases are stuck on initial review. I haven't even been billed for the I-864 yet. Btw my case is still at the NVC. I know it only been close to 2 month but are the cases suppose to be stuck on hold for this long?

p.s I enter the USA on a tourist visa, and my wife is a USC.

There is no charge for an I-864 when filed with an I-485.

You're likely at the NBC, not NVC; the NVC has no role in adjustment of status cases.

You should expect to hear something further within 2 - 3 months.

I thought they charged for the I-864, its going to be 2 month this Feb 27.

There is a charge for the I-864 when filed in conjunction with an immigrant visa; you are seeking adjustment of status, however, so that doesn't apply.

The NBC is the National Benefits Centre, to which family-based adjustment of status cases are initially routed.
