My wife and I filled CR1 I-130 on Feb 3 2014 and it was received and sent to TSC Feb 6 2014. We have been waiting for 5 Months and 4 days now and still haven't heard anything. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if any Feb fillers have been approved and what the last date was approved at TSC. Thank you!

Any idea how much time generally they take processing the I-130 petition after it gets transferred. Just saw the status that my Petition has been transferred from NSC to another service center. My PD is 12th Feb. 2014.

Thanks

Ugh: just had that happen myself, for my stepson but not for my wife. They were already behind schedule , but now this is sadistically surreal.

I joked during 5 months of waiting: my family would have been better off just fording the Rio Grande. In the light of current events, it's not so funny anymore.

Hi all --

I got a notice of transfer email today:

"On July 7, 2014, we transferred this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case."

/sigh. I can't believe other peolpe's I-130s are already being approved, while ours is being shipped to another office. I really hope this doesn't mean they have to start the process all over again, does it? Or maybe they haven't done anything yet? It's been 6 months since we applied, I'm getting really frusttrated with the wait. :(

2012 July 1: Met in Switzerland <3

2014 Jan 23: Married in Cyprus!

2014 Feb 2: I-130 Packet Shipped

2014 Feb 19: NOA-1

2014 July 7: Email Notice of transfer to California Service Center

2014 July 16: Approved!!!!

2014 August 29: Sent AOS packet

2014 December 19: Sent IV packet

2015 March 25: Case complete at NVC (apparently it was forgotten, which is why it's >90 days)

2015 April 16: P4 email received, interview date assigned

2015 May 28: Interview date!! -- Visa Rejected, "missing" paperwork.

Wrong military papers. Not enough Intent to Return to the US. I cannot be financial sponsor because I am overseas.

2015 June 18: Mailed all missing documents.

2015 June 23: Consulate rec'd missing documents.

2015 June 25: Status moved to AP. But still lists status as "SEND DOCUMENTS". Emailed...

2015 Aug 6: Received Visa in mail

2015 Aug 18: Arrived in US

What's really twisted is that my wife and her son's applications have now been separated to different service centers, even though his application is entirely dependent on the success of hers.

Now how stupid is that? <_<

Congrats tc7. /crosses fingers/ Hopefully we will start seeing a lot of acceptances for Feb filers soon...

Another question - I got another email this morning from USCIS saying it was moved to my "Local" UCSIS center....but I live abroad with my husband, in France. I thought Nebraska WAS the office for US citizens living abroad (who couldn't Direct Consulate File, /sigh), so I don't know where they'll send it. Though I lived in CA my whole life until 2.5 years ago, and this is where we plan to return to - does this make the California center my local center?
