Ok so we now have a problem.....looks my husband is having to move because my brother in law has sold the house that he was living in. How do I change the address on our application or how does that work?? Geez this on top of how to file my taxes guess when it rains it pours huh???

You can call USCIS or go to USCIS website and request to change the address. They will send the confirmation by email and mail upon it updated. I have already changed my address twice smile.png No worry .. you will be fine smile.png

Thanks Pastina! I was worried that it would set us back some time smile.png I guess I'm more irritated at the fact that my brother in law didn't tell my husband that he was planning on selling the house until today and telling him that they were closing on Monday and that he and his mom would have to be out by the end of the week. I wonder if the Bogota Embassy would deliver to a P.O box or does it have to be a physical address?

i say don't sweat this,

as

USCIS won't send him anything,

and

you have new chance for new address capture with the DS-260,

and then again a new chance for new address capture at the IV Interview,

where,

it's really important !
