Merci ;)

Should be landing in less than 2 hours, then a week in winter wonderland (although that's not any different from where I'm flying from which is also covered in snow).

You're welcome! :)

If you don't ask, I don't know to add you :P

Which service center was your I-130 approved from? And what are the dates for sending in your IV package and submitting the DS-260?

You need to update your timeline (specifically first two data points).

California Service center approved dec 7, 2013

IV entered in their system february 18, 2014

DS-260 submitted February 13, 2014

It still says

Post Decision Activity

On February 3, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice.

Yes, although my point was that Texas actually sent an email reporting the transfer of the petition to the NVC. The I-797 notices we received when we first got the NOA2 for both the 130 and 129F also said 'we have sent.. blah blah rolleyes.gif to NVC', but those notices weren't really of the transfer, just the approval. This unexpected mail I mentioned appears to actually be a shipping notice from Texas to NVC:) I've seen a few others comment that Texas notified them, but I don't think other centers do.

I just got notification that my approved I-130 was shipped to NVC today.

The I-129F was approved yesterday also but it did not go to NVC yet

If it was the 797, I'm not sure it was a transfer yet... but I hope so! My transfer notice from Texas also was only for the I-130 and nothing for the I 129F.

We also got approved on our expedite today... final processing to be accomplished in Kiev... yay!
