My petition for my wife had just been approved 3 weeks ago Now Im waiting for the NVC stage. Unfortunately, I lost my job and now I dont have the money to pay for the fees for the NVC stage. How long is the I130 approval valid for. I want to wait until I get a job to pay for the fees. I feel so bad because I do want to see my wife but now i have to postpone it. Its terrible. I cant sleep and stressed out there are hardly any jobs out there and I figure it will take a few months until i can pay for the fees

thanks

Thats so sad!

Maybe you try to get now any job like go to McDonalds and while working 2-3 weeks you will pay the fees. If you have hands, legs, healthy - finding any job should not be a problem.

Good luck!

If you are unable to find a temporary job for now, try and borrow the money from a family member or friend. I wouldn't worry about the AOS or joint sponsor for now. Take it one step at a time. My gal and I had a similar situation but got through it without any problems. Best of luck!

I am not a young guys so any amjor physical work Its hard to do plus they wont hire. I would do anything just like what Ross Perot said. Ill shine shoes just to feed my family. Please pray for me because deep in my heart the good Lord will help me
