Yes but nobody gets all 15 shots. Normally, vaccines given at most is 5 (based on my family's experience).

If she doesn't have her vaccination records, that's fine. SLEC will decide what vaccines to give her.

Yes, vaccinations are covered, but it won't be 15. Normally, 2-3 vaccinations only will be given in SLEC (St. Luke's Extension Clinic) Manila: MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap (Tetanus, ... ) and Hepa-B. I only got the first 2. The nurse said the Hep-B vaccine is not applicable for me <Not sure why.>. There was somebody here in VJ though that mentioned that she got 4.

By the way, the immunizations will only be given after a successful X-ray and physical exam from SLEC.

Let me add to the answers that you have received that vaccine determination is a direct result and testing of the blood withdrawal that SLEC will complete during the exam. It doesn't hurt to bring your vaccine record with you but it's not necessary so don't drive yourself crazy looking for them.

The testing and vaccines are included in your exam fee so don't go out to your personal physician and have the vaccines completed prior to the exam because you will not be saving any money by doing so.
