A little spin off of the SO smell poll I posted... what is your favourite scent?It being a perfume or some natural smell...

I really enjoy Ness ( I am not sure who makes it, but I know it's made in Paris...possibly Gier or Naila Ness?), also Fracas by Robert Piquet and Chanel's Gardenia for women

And for men, Armani's Acqua di Gio and Issey Miyake...but I am not so familiar with male colognes.

I enjoy sandalwood, gardenia and jasmine scents for me.

I'm not sick...there is scientific evidence that we are attracted to our partner's 'scent' or pheromones. Studies have been done that show how some women can be repulsed by a particular man's scent while some will be attracted to it. There's definitely a biological factor that comes into play with regard to being attracted to our partners with all our senses, including smell.

BTW....legend has it that Napoleon upon his return home had sent word to his wife not to bathe for a week before he arrived so that he could enjoy her scent. :P

I used to wear Eau de Issey by Issey Miyake all the time. Now I change all the time

David wears the Issey Miyake for Men....omG how awesome! I have a teddy bear that he gave me that he bathed in it years ago, lol...it still smells now (L) I also love Joop for him. Oh! he also wears classic Burberry

OMG! We are toooo much alike! My favorite perfume is Issey Miyake and it turns out that Spencer not only loves the womens version, but he has the mens version of it himself.

Now what almost knocked me out of my chair is that I sent Spencer a little teddy bear and bathed it in my Issey Miyake about a month after we met.

I wear Bath and Body Works "Aromatherapy" line every single day, specifically the "Lavender Vanilla" scent. I have the oil, lotion, body essence spray and pillow spray.

I absolutely lovvvve the scent of lavender and vanilla and the two together smell divine. :thumbs:

Hubby says I'm very high strung and he thinks smelling the lavender mellows me out...lol...High-strung? Moi? :no::whistle:

For special occasions I wear "Spellbound" by Estee Lauder.

My hubby drives me wild when he wears Christian Dior's "Higher".

My fav "natural" scents are:

1. my children

2. the mountains here after a good rain

3. banana bread baking in the oven

4. fresh cut hay/grass

I could go on and on but these are off the top of my head.

I love coconut and cinnamon too..did not even think of those smells...also like Victoria Secret''s pear glace...
