Thanks for the reply. I hear some of them don't always know their own procedures. We will just have to keep fingers crossed that our files land on the desk of someone who knows about the wavered vaccines.

I got my email NOA1 last week but I still don't have the hard copy...hopefully this week.

My online status does say they sent me instructions on what to do next (though I'm not sure if they just mean my NOA1 or Biom appt)

ugh so annoying..just checked the status online and for AOS it says they mailed an RFE on jan 24th ...so i have to wait to see whats wrong

Sounds like you will be doing bio soon. I am here still waiting on the package to be picked up from the po box. Surely they pick up their mail daily. I may have to call uscis and find out.

Anyone sent their AOS by express signed for to Chicago lock box and had a delay in pick up? The usps online tracker has been showing package waiting to be picked up since yesterday morning. Again today I checked the same message. Don't they pick up mail from the PO box daily?

Do I need to be calling uscis to ask what usually happens with this?

I think you should not be worried, probably USPS just didn't update their tracking.

I did send it via USPS 2 day delivery to the chicago lockbox.

I'm getting so anxious for the work permit. It's going to be so nice to finally have 2 incomes. Still no word from USCIS. With the K1, it seemed we always got notifications at night or on the weekend. Maybe we will hear something in the next week.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I was getting really worried then. My main worry was that it's been sitting there since the 27th at 11.00 am it's now 28th the system still has not changed to delivered.

I will wait one more day hopefully it's the system that has not been updated.

Hi I can relate to that. It really is boring sitting at home lol.

I have even begun looking at jobs that match the hours I want to work that correlate with my sons daycare hours. Seems there plenty emergency Registered nurse jobs available here in Atlanta.

Yes a extra income is welcome after the extortionate price we have paid to date with all this filing stuff lol.

Since the last update of my case on 01/22/2014, there hasn't been any updates online. Looks like the online case status updates is either not reliable or they have a backlog of cases and are not working on any of the recent cases. Smh

I just recently filed my AOS along with EAD & AP this past Sat, Jan. 26,2014. Wishing everyone the best of luck on their journey to obtaining the AOS, EAD, and AP. I hope there will be no delays. K1 was a long enough wait that I dont want to endure again.

Sorry to hear you got a rfe. On a positive side of things it is best to know what it is than to have someone sitting on it for months with no touch. I hope it is something minor that can be fixed quickly.

So your saying that it's possible it's been picked up but not updated on USPS website. As of now it is still showing waiting for pick up. :(

Can you tell me what address you filed yours and was it express mail signed for at the Chicago lock box ? I filed mine around the same time and the USPS website says it arrived 27th but no one has picked it up yet. Just wondering if you have had the same problem if you sent yours to the same PO box.

Sorry you got a rfe. Like you said it may speed up EAD once you send the reply back. Let us know what it was.
