Hello Friends,

I have submitted my AOS package on Nov 1st 2013 to Chicago address.

I received mails back with receipt number on 7th of Nov. but i have not received any biometrics appointment letter.

So, i called USCIS on 9th Dec and have them created a service request and then waited for 15 days.. didnt get anything.

So,i called USCIS again on 23rd Dec 2013 and have them created a 2nd service request for biometrics and till today 1/3/2014 i have not received any appointment notice.

USCIS has submitted both service requests for biometrics to Buffalo office.

Its been more than 2 months now and i have not received biometrics appointment.

Anyone has any suggestion, what should i do next? If i dont get the biaometrics appointment till 1/7/2014, should i call USCIS again and have them create 3rd service request? I am really worried. Please, Help!

your reply/ suggestions will be appreciated

Just go to the ASC center nearest to you with whatever receipt notice (document or email) and get your biometrics done. If not uscis will consider your case abandoned if you miss your biometrics appointment.
