If the USC petitioner is the father of your child, then you will not get the child a K-2 visa. You need to get a Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBA) for the child. http://manila.usembassy.gov/service/citizenship.html

Merry Xmas !!! I have a question regarding filling out the DS160. Do I have to fill out a separate DS 160 form for my daughter she's only 1 year old. Thank you very much.

Like said if the petitioner is the father of the child she is already a USC and needs CRBA and a U.S. passport.

If not. you only need the one DS-160 as the child will be listed already on the form completed by the beneficiary.
