HI there!

So twice in the last 12 hours my husband and I have received e-mails from USCIS stating that our case has been transferred to a local office for further processing. I presume that this is to deal with the neverending backlog, but why send the same e-mail to us twice?

I received four emails about this transfer on 12/5/13, 12/6/13, 12/10/13, and 12/11/13. Per info pass appoint, TSC received my petition on 12/17/13. That is more than ten days since I received the first email about the transfer. I think it takes them a while to send out the petition to center after notifying you.
