Noa2. Why I haven't receipt any corrispondence from NVC??

Hi Guys, on 20 November we have receipt our Noa2..finally was approved!!!
But in this Notice, it says this:
"The NVC will contact the person for whom you are petitioning (beneficiary [me]) concerning further immigrant visa processing steps.
You should allow a minimum of 30 days for Department of State processing before contacting the NVC. If you have not received any corrispondece from the NVC within 30 days, you may contact the NVC by e-mail at NVCINQUIRY@state.gov."
Today is 19 December.

Ok, my questions are:

• Why they haven't sent anything yet!!!!
• Generally it is a priority or by registered mail?
• They say to write an e-mail..but they will answer to me? or is better call?

Better call them .. we just got our case number today... we have the same approval date for sure yours is already there now ..

You will get no response from NVC it hasn't been 30 days. Many petitions take 8 weeks just to get htere and another 2 weeks or so for case#.

What we tell people is after you get NOA2 start calling after about 1 to 2 weeks.

You need to get over to the NVC filers thread and read post #1 and #2 to get ready what you need.

Do not wait for NVC to send you email on case# that could lose you a month or more.

Call NVC today if you haven't and everyday until you get case#.

Seeing your case was also at CSC, did your case status on the USCIS web site change at all once your case was shipped to NVC?

After the approval status from CSC it was never change. We we're already informed that those petition from CSC really dont notice that our case will be shiiped or already in NVC. So what we did is after a week we started to call NVC and they told us to call again after 4weeks from approval but we were still keep calling atlest twice a week. Then finally after 28days we got our case number.

we were kinda stubborn trying to keep them calling and follow ups in our petition coz seems its kinda effective way to make their asses move lol.. Thats why in less than 2months our petition worked so fast the least we expect it and now we were waiting for my interview

Guys finally after some calls I get my case number and Invoice identification number!! now they told we have to wait 20 days for the e-mail that will contain the istruction for the next step!! SOOOOO HAPPYYYYY
