So in essence Charles, you're upset about what a bunch of strangers in the cyberworld say about you?

ETA: And do you honestly and truly think, Charles, that any of these women you are concerned about really care enough about you to find you, and then do damage to you? Those screen shots prove nothing more than the fact they needed to vent in a safe place.

If it's that disturbing to you, contact their ISP, get a restraining order, hire a body guard. Or maybe stop being a dramatist.

Larry, I'm with you. HTML saving is the way to go!

you're entitled to your opinion, of course. html is nice but i dump cache quite frequently and such would not have worked anyways on that site. it was public and then made private after the screenshots. html cached would have been useless ;)

In your browser, "File/Save Page As" saves it to your hard drive. No need to worry about cache. Whatever is on the page saves in a static document form (independent of the website it was from or your browser cache).

Then you can open it in from your hard drive into a browser window or word processing program (like MS Word).

If he told the truth, you would know the group was only "open" due to a simple mistake by the moderator, which was soon rectified, but clearly not quickly enough to avoid cyberstalking.

Obviously, no one can divine intent of the moderator. The only fact is that at one point the group was open and then later, it was not.

Wow. Taking screenshots of comments other people make about you? Charles that's a new low. For what purpose exactly?

The intent of the moderatory was stated clearly in the MENA forum, as well as in the messages NOT included in Charles' selective screenshots.

ETA: What seems to be lost is that what one *can* do is not necessarily what one *should* do. Someone *could* post messages from a certain member's wife discussing issues she has with her husband, but clearly that isn't something someone *should* do.

Well it's obvious that he's concerned about his personal safety.

I don't do either of these things, but I did copy and burn to disc that picture that reads: "I made you a cookie . . . but, I eated it."
