You can either wait for someone to give up their slot and you can book in. Have to be patient and wait though. Good luck

hi guyz! oh my gad i cant believe this, feel so upset coz theres no available visa appointment slot for january, February, march, what should i do? help!

we have answered this already on 2 of your previous posts & our answer stays the same. you really HAVE TO BE PATIENT because there is nothing more you can do but wait till a slot opens up.

I guess that also means you cant do St Lukes -- since you need the embassy voucher for that .

nope. he can also email NVC and they respond with his case number. he can print that out and show that during his medical.

As it stands now, with no available slots, I wouldn't do my medical as the clock starts ticking when the medical is completed. Remember there is only a 6 month window beginning at the time of the medical not the interview.

Well I just called NVC today and explained I never got email or US mail from them. They said they do not mail or email anything and that I should contact the embassy

Our packet is IN TRANSIT from Kuwait to Manila now

I fou look at the St Lukes site it does note as one of the requirements:

(A) Two (2) photocopies of your Appointment Letter / Instruction Letter

I just got off the phone with SLEC before I said the NVC letter with case number. They were the ones that said you can use the NVC email with case number as proof. I emailed the NVC about this and they replied with my case number. They even sent me 4 emails lol

When you say NVC email are you speaking of a screen shot of the CEAC site.

Did you actually get an email or did you request it afterwards?

Did you aso get paper copy?

I got emails in response to several inquiries I sent before & after getting the MNL number. I only got the case number through phone and I wanted it in writing.

In your case you CAN'T use the NVC letter/email as it will have a case number for Kuwait. You just need to be patient until you get the MNL# info from USEM.

Right now with interview dates being in April I would not rush out and do the medical anyway.

- issue with JaniceDave is the number they got from NVC was for Kuwait so the NVC letter/email is of no value .

Not to beat this issue to death;

but I just phoned the USEM Manila and the advisor there said we will probably NOT be assigned an MNL#

She said they will most likely process us with the KWT#

\Of course she may not know for sure but it sounded like she knew what she was talking about

At least she gave me an answer which NVC seems to be in capable of doing

Keep us posted on this as that would be good to know for those coming behind you.

Thanks
