______F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________

NVC has completed the review of this case. However, our review of the

I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form

and supporting documents that you have submitted indicates that there is

still some missing documentation.

We are sending you the attached checklist, which indicates which

documents are still missing. You should obtain these documents and

forward them to the visa applicant so they may be presented at the final

interview. The applicant must present all required forms and documents,

including the missing items to the Consular officer at the visa interview.

Please pay specific attention to questions marked in the attached I-864,

I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A checklist.

Failure to present the missing items indicated and/or to make the

necessary corrections at the visa interview could result in a denial or delay

in obtaining a visa for the sponsored applicant.

If you need a new I-864 form, please visit the Department of State website

at the following address: www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and read the

Affidavit of Support (I-864) instructions. From there you can fill out the

form online and print it to send to the visa applicant for the interview.

You will be notified when an interview has been set. Do not contact

post regarding your interview date until you have been notified.

Affidavit of Support, please provide it to the principal applicant to bring to his or her visa interview. Do not submit

If you sent what was needed you need to wait for a case complete letter before any interview can be scheduled. For Amman they schedule interviews approximately the first 2 weeks of the month for the following month. So if your case is complete anywhere from the 1st-14th of any given month, as long as there are enough slots you will get an interview the next month. If you miss the cutoff your interview will be the next month after that. For example, if you were to get a case complete January 1 your interview would most likely be in February, but if case complete is not until the 15th your interview would be in March.

In my interpretation, according to the first and second paragraph of your checklist,NVC is done reviewing your case in other words you are now case complete. You are now in line for interview schedule. The AOS checklist can be brought to the interview by the applicant,so instead of sending that to NVC, send it to the applicant.

Call NVC to ask for the exact date your case was completed. You probably have February interview, depends on your Embassy.
