Yas nanana we did do it via e form, we used this link: https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx

If your husband is outside the US then he will not be able to. My husband had tried the link before while he was in London visiting and it did not work.

he did it inside the US and it didn't work :/ I guess bad luck.

You are so great.

I just waited 6 month 2 weeks.

The waiting has already cause the tension between us.

I wondering if this country is that mean to foreigner,

why should I try to go there.

zoe_sir, it's the same with almost any country once you start dealing with administration. Of course one would expect the US to be more efficient on that front but alas no.

I said some thing very bad to my American husband.

I thought he didn't try his best during the process.

I feel terrible about what I said.

I think even if we have chance to go back together.

We won't be able to love like before.

After NOA2 there is a long waiting in NVC, after NVC.

I feel terrible about the whole thing.

I feel terrible about wasting time. I want to start working.

But how can I focus on work with all these immigration stuff in my mind.

I feel sorry for my husband.

I don't know how long can i do this.

Thank God our I-130 was approved on July, 23rd and shipped off to NVC on August, 1st. We've got approved after an RFE, they asked for a certified copy of our marriage certificate)

I feel for all of you still waiting for NOA2...I know how hard it is to wait away from our beloved ones

Hope you all be approved very soon and join me on the NVC Stage!

8 months today and counting also. It is incredible! am wishing the best for everyone. Just feeling a little fustrated meanly because we are not getting any answers. Why should any additional review take so long to do? How often do they go back to our file to review? how much longer will it take them to approve our i-130? these are just some of the things that upsets me. Well good luck everyone!

It is frustrating me, that we can not do anything. I am aware that my frustration will not do any good, therefore I am not letting myself to get frustrated to often

so yep, here we are waiting 8 months... punished for doing the things the right way. But I am never giving up!
