I agree with you. Read my few old posts where i have already mentioned, its just a trick to buy more time, that's it.

And i Hate DACA from the bottom of my heart. But here are few stats i gathered from https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do by manually entering Receipt #s. I've changed Receipts #s. Mine one is in BOLD.

As you can see four approvals ahead of me and one after me. I don't see any pattern. And not to mention, Tier 2 told me that my case was reviewed on Jun 11, but now in Additional Review, and you can see cases approved ahead of me were approved from Jun 6 to Jun 16.

53ohew.jpg

sorry axs but that is BS only a small percentage of cases in any given month have this problem. We were told that our case was pending background checks, when that 'cleared' we were told that we were in additional review, it is just another excuse to buy more time. I have visited the US several times on my VWP since I married my husband 8 yrs ago, never been questioned about my stay, never had any problems.

Basically it is just a way for them to say hey, we do what we want when we want in the order that we want. There are several cases 3 to 4 numbers either side of mine that have still not gotten approval, do you really believe that we all have hits on our names, or that we all have something in our case that needs additional review.

NSC is so backlogged, they had to move on to January in order to help them meet their averages. A clear indication is the fact that they have started transferring cases to other centers.

They had this crazy backlog not too long ago, they did good for like two months and now they are in the same problem. Thank you f***ing DACA!!!!!!

Hi guys..... so I got a question. I received an email update just now saying that the I-129F for my wife was approved today and they are mailing me the letter from Texas Service Center meanwhile I am still waiting for my RFE response to be processed for the I-130 for my wife and daughter that I sent back on June 10 to the Vermont Service Center and they are still pending.

So I dont know what will happen next. Will the I-129F get sent from TSC to the embassy in Peru by itself if the I-130 is not approved yet by VSC, or the I-130 will be approved soon after this email notification?

I was really hoping that my husband and stepson would have gotten approved around the same time since their petitions were mailed together in the same envelope, but unfortunately not. Am still waiting on my husband and my stepson own is already at NVC. When calling they give you the same b.s. as everyone else. I can definitely see why there always behind because they have no organizing skills. Instead of completing a case fully they move on to the next easy case and toss the other aside on their desk until they get back to it; which they doesn't realized it causes them to be bombarded with phone calls. I am just piss right now, because I really wanted for them both to have the interviews around the same time. Just letting off some steam this morning. They don't care if love ones are not together, missing births, anniversaries, birthdays, holidays together. They just don't give a damn.

hi, I have no idea :( but did you try to call uscis and ask about that?

and maybe create a separate thread for your question here in vj and some smart people will help you more than we can..

anyways - Good luck ! :)

I am so sorry to hear that, it really makes no sense what they are doing.. it is confirming me that they have a big mess on theirs desks.

Maybe you can wait with your stepson process at nvc for your husband to be there also and then when he gets there do it all for both of them at the same time ? so they can have interview and medicals together ?

I admire your strength to stay positive guys, it is really hard for me these days. I really wanted to be in us for christmas, but it looks now like a silly dream of little girl. New week and new hope that it's going to be our week for approvals. please please please !

Thanks nanana. Have you heard anything yet. I see alot of January 2014 filers are getting approve now, but am keeping the faith and praying for all of us.

I feel for you. I may find myself on the same situation. I am still waiting for my wife and daughters I-130 to be approved. Maybe you should wait to process your step sons case that is already on NVC until your husband reach that stage so you can try to get both interviews at the same time. I know what you mean about missing your family and missing their birthdays, it is very hard as I am going through the same thing. Just stay focus, the end is coming very soon. Wishing you the best.

its been 15 days since my RFE response review .whats going with USCIS

in total its 7 month &1 day since my NOA1

I know what you mean. They received my RFE on June 16 and it has been almost a month and no news from VERMONT regarding the I-130s. Oddly enough, I got my I-129F for my wife approved from TEXAS on July 11 and they did not require an RFE even though I send the same documents. So still waiting :-(

i sent my RFE responds in the 6th of july , no update , still request for evidence

how can i verify that they recieve my respond to the RFE ?

Did you send it certified return receipt? Do you have a signature it got received from the post office or some sort of notification??? If not, better call USCIS to confirm they got it.

hi, I have no idea :( but did you try to call uscis and ask about that?

and maybe create a separate thread for your question here in vj and some smart people will help you more than we can..

anyways - Good luck ! :)

No, I did not call USCIS.... Thanks nanana, I will try to do that instead :-)
