Thats really depressing, no doubt, What i have found after so many calls is that All these Customer Services, Tier 1, Tier 2, E-Request, Infopass, Congress Man Involvement is just there to buy time so that USCIS can process cases on their own terms and no body could ask them that why they are bypassing people like us.

Hope for the Best, because even after using all the options provided by USCIS to get the current status of your case, you can not/not in a position to convict them for giving us so much stress...

Hope for the best :) cheerup...

we can't file e-request , We did one on May 19th and now it says that we need to wait 30days from the date of filing the previous one, so maybe tomorrow, infopass is not an option for us, because the nearest office is more than 2houres drive from my hubby's city and he has to work (busy season) so there is no way he could find time to go for one :( and the tiers on the phone give us c r a p all the time..

that is so depressing.. and so annoying to see how they jump around and continue to skip us !

but hang in there folks! we are getting closer!

On June 10, 2014, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Still waiting for hard copy of RFE. Its almost over 10 days now.Don't know how much time it takes. Every steps keeps delaying . Not able to get the logic of USCIS.

How much time it will take ?

Thanks
