I am the husband with green card for twenty years. I have a family, wife with two kids (18, 15). We moved together to USA in 2002 and get married in 2003. We filed for i-130 and it has been approved. Also we received I-797. Than in 2013 summer, my wife and my childrens moved back to Hungary (To resolve in Hungary some family problems). Now they want to go back to USA. What is the first step would be? How and where excatly we can start?

Need more info. If your family moved to the US in 2002, what were their status then? When was the i-130 filed and approved?
