Hello,

I just married, my spouse is US citizen. We don't have much "Evidence of Bona fides of Marriage". What is the best option for me to immigrate? Which Visa should I obtain? In my opinion K-3 is a good option.

Why K3? It is an obsolete visa, and usually closed at NVC stage anyways, and if you get it more expensive and you cannot work in the USA for several months.

Go for CR-1.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1 Should be the best option to you two. You just have to work on the evidence harder by the time for embassey interview time. Show the chats, plane tickets, hotel, any money transfers (either way), phone records, and such. Best of luck!!

In my idea, and perhaps others' ideas,

the CR-1 visa is the bestest visa to chase after,

given yer exact situation.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
