The question # 18 on EZ form

My individual annual income currently is----------------------

Is this my wages from W2 or total income from the tax transcript?

It's what you'd make if you take your current income and had that for a whole year.

This may be more than on your W2/ tax transcript if you got a raise since then- or less if you changed jobs.

And if you're paid hourly, you would average out your bi-weekly paychecks for the past few months and multiply the result by 26. Or by 12 if you get paid monthly

What I do is:

hourly wage x hours per week = $$per week x 52 weeks = Yearly income.

Did you get an employment letter from company you work with? They usually do the math for you, at least they did it for me.

Yeah, but they don't provide my salary in the letter. They used to, but its a new rule. they say they are not supposed to mention the salary in the letter..

Well I think you should explain your case to them, and tell them that salary is the most important part of the letter as far as NVC is concerned.
