My dad is the co-sponsor for our K-1 visa case. He filled out and gather all the documents needed. But he is concerned about sending it to the address where my fiance and I reside. He wants to try to send it to the Embassy in Moscow and have them add it to our case file. Can anyone tell me if that's possible? He is going to call them anayway, even though I told him I don't think it can be done that way. I think he has to send it to my fiance and I because my fiance has to bring it with him to the interview. But he has to see for himself.

They will not even talk to him about your case and if you dont have that at time of interview it will be a delay in issuing you the visa and then they will request you to send in that info.

Keep it Real

I know he needs it at the time of his interview. The co-sponsor wants to send it directly to the embassy and have the Consulate add it to the case file. Does anyone know if they will accept it and add it to the file?

no they expect that you take it with you They need an original signed copy and they will not be responsible for it getting to your file.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
