Hello all my vj friends, I know it is too early to talk about the visa bulletin for January 2014.Some of you got experience, could give me some idea for the next cut off date for January, I want to did you expect the visa bulletin will progress or not, I don't want to talk about retrogression cuz i'm afraid of it. My journey started since 2 month and my PD is 30th september.

And i did search on the internet where a lawyer stated that NVC start your process id they know your pd will be current within 2 or 3 month I would like to know is it true or not .

07/29/2013 - Got married in P-au-P
09/23/2013 - I-130 sent
09/30/2013 - PD
09/30/2013 - NOA-1 received in email

10/03/2013 - NOA 1 received in the mail
11/13/2013 - NOA-2 approved (in email)
11/18/2013 - NOA-2 received in snail mail

11/25/2013 - NVC received the case

12/05/2013 - NVC assigned case number

05/22/2015- NVC case completed over the phone

06/01/2015- cc email confirmation

Interview 08-05-2015 7AM Port-au-Prince

06/06/15 Ceac in AP status :cry: (they ask me for joint sponsor)

10/02/15 Ceac changed from AP to Issued (after almost 2 month)

10/07/15 Passport with Visa oh hand :dancing:

10/18/15 Ready to enter in US JFK airport

NVC should be issuing out interview dates in the last week of the month to all that have case completed before the 20th .

2013-10-21: Case Number , Invoice Number and BIN received

  • 2013-10-24: Choice of Agent (DS 261) filled. (AOS, IV fee not available yet)
  • 2013-10-25: Email to pay AOS fee
  • 2013-10-28: AOS payment available and paid
  • 2013-10-30: AOS Shows as "Paid"
  • 2013-11-01: Mailed i864 docs
  • 2013-11-01: IV fee available and paid
  • 2013-11-01: AOS Docs received at NVC ( Based on USPS tracking )
  • 2013-11-04 IV Supporting Docs mailed ( IV payment still shows as IN PROCESS...but moneys already withdrawn from account)

  1. FOR THE LINK THAT U GAVE ME IT SAYS

    this is the BIG mystery of NVC. How it usually goes is end of the month and first week of month they start scheduling for interviews for the that upcoming month

  2. SO IT CAN BE ON THE LAST WEEK OF THE MONTH OR THE FIRST WEEK OF THE MONTH

My spouse called NVC yesterday and Voila! they gave her the case number and invoice number (she told me via sms so i dont have full details yet). Our PD is 09/09/2013 and this may mean NVC treats cases close to being current or so. Perhaps you should keep calling NVC from next week for yours too.
