I applied for my fiance to come here from the philippines to the United States. I have my letter bt he has not received his letter yet. what is the next step for him to do? my letter says that it will expire Feb 2014.

You got your notice from USCIS that the petition was approved? Cool! Congrats! Did you get the MNL # from NVC yet?

What is next? Follow the flashing arrow below in my signature.

then pop over to the Philippines forum and say HI plus get great assistance for this stage of the journey.

i am the petitioner. he has not received any papers yet.

OK... HE most likely will NOT receive anything from USEM... gotta love PhilPost for never delivering.

Don't sit and wait for a letter from USEM. If you have your MNL # it's rock 'n' roll time. If you are still waiting on NVC to get your MNL # then be patient a little longer as they are very backed up. NVC is taking upwards of 8 weeks to get things processed.

the numbers that i have been calling, i get a busy signal, is it because they are super busy processing other ppl request.

The best time to call is 7:05 EST. They will pick up on the first ring.[that's been my experience, yours may vary but be patient you will get through]

Good luck.
