My wife filed i130 for me in april 2013 and tell now we are waiting for NOA2

215 days of waiting

The case is "msc" National benefits center and i can find even an email to contact with them

What can i do .....

I am sorry to say this.. but you are not the only one. USCIS has not started to work on April 2013 petitions as yet. Only that have been transfered are Feb and Mar 2013 files.

Look at this. All people posting are April filers just like you.

I don't know but i think if it transferred there website will say or an hard copy

If it has been transfered, you should have received emails stating to that affect, or mostly likely it should say it on the website.

And if you have been transfered you would be the first April 13 filer to have been. You can always call USCIS and ask to speak to a tier 2 person and ask where you file is at the moment.

If it's like that then it's a lie. Because I am a Feb filler and didn't get any update accept case transferred.

I think what he meant to say was that they are transferring people not accepting from that date.

Really at his point nothing can be done. They have transferred I-130's and focusing on that. So hopefully things will start flowing again.
