Case number recieved, Cant access DS 261 or Pay the fees

Good Morning All,

I got my case number, invoice ID number and Beneficiary number on November 5th 2013. But when i go to ceac.state.gov , On Fee payment its says its not invoiced. and when i try doing DS 261, it says " Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error. "

So my first question, how long will it take to invoice my AOS fee?

And when can i do my DS 261. and should i always select from drop down menu principle applicant when i am doing it?

It take days check tommorrow or the next days

same as you pay your bill online before due end it will take few days before took out the payment from your account

Likely you are not able to sign in because you're being invoiced for the AOS. Keep trying every so often until you can. If a week goes by and you still can't sign in, double check with the NVC.

I called them this morning and they siad supervisor is goignt to look at it. And late this eveneing my cse was invoiced

So i think the key is, When you see this meessage , call them, they will put it on Supervisor review and supervisor will probably invoiced the case.. just guessing

you were likely getting invoiced... It takes a few days.
