hey everyone,

I have a quick question, my fiancé and I have run into so much trouble lately and not even the tier 2 officers seem to be able to help us… does anyone know if there is a higher level officer like a tier 3 or something?

Thank you :)

IME, yes. A Tier 2 Supervisor. I talked with 1, one time, when the I-130 was with USCIS.

Tier 1

Tier 2

Tier 2 Supervisor...

I was on hold almost 2 hours, waiting for that human, after talking with a Tier 2, so hopefully you won't have the same hold time.

Must to ask, though, of a Tier 2, to be transferred to a Tier 2 Supervisor. I not know of this level, until that phone call.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

thank you for that information!

well my fiancé was just on the phone with a tier 2 officer and since she could not help us requested to speak to a supervisor…she got really angry with him and then just hung up in us?! so rude and unprofessional…. My fiancé was totally calm and nice to her and he acts like that?

I really don't know what to do anymore!!!

It hast been almost 4 months since our NOA2 and they lost our case, but instead of apologizing for their mishap they are rude and do not help at all.. I am planing to start college in january and really wanted to spend christmas with my fiancé but right now I am not sure wether I will even make it by eastern if they keep on behaving like that.

our congressman and senator have been informed, hopefully they can help...

Might be time to do an INFOpass appointment or get the help of the Ombudsman's office http://www.dhs.gov/ombudsman-case-assistance.

Good luck,

Dave

I just wanted to submit the form to ombudsman's, and it always shows up with "access denied", any ideas why that is?
