First I wud like to tank Darnell and patua for their help in response to ma last question..

Now pls I would like to ask, has anyone here had an ir2 visa interview experience before? Or does anyone here have a minor child that had an ir2 visa interview?? Pls what kind of questions was he/she asked cos I have checked very well nd ir2 visa interview experiences are scarce.. nb: my father filed for I and my brother and we're aged 19 & 16 yrs old respectively... would cherish every response I get.. God bless...

If your father filed for you is he a USC ? AN IR2 is normally the child of an IR1 recipient did your mother/father recently immigrant and where they petitioned by a step parent ? What age were you when they married

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

i am so happy that you replied.. at least I know someone has some help to offer nd God bless you.. now down to the questions you asked me yes my father is a US citizen and he is my biological father nots my step father and neither my mother nor father recently immigrated to the US... and finally I was 5 years old when they had their traditional marriage and for the record we have a DNA test results which USCIS required to give us an approval..that is the DNA test result was given to us by an Aabb accredited lab after we submitted samples sy the Embassy in lagos..thanksa lot in advance for ur help in response..

So you are being petitioned as the child of a USC via an I130 ? They will ask you some questions about your father and your relatonships with him such as how often do you see him, how do you keep in contact. They may ask some questions about your schooling in Nigeria and what you plan to do in the US. Just answer honestly and with confidence and you will be fine

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

and another question pls hw long does it take to get an interview date in lagos for the same ir2 visa or shld I ask how long did it take u or ur relative to get an interview date in lagos Nigeria.. is the us embassy in lagos very busy or do they delay wen it comes to dealing with immigrant visa petitions??...
